No. Your 30 days are free, with no card needed. You only choose a plan if you want to carry on.

On a yearly plan, satisfied or your money back: tell the admin within 30 days of your first yearly payment and it is refunded in full, whatever you used — once per person. A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time, and nothing more is taken.

During the 30-day trial the level is set, so the month stays coherent from day 1 to day 28 — if you are not sure, take the 3-minute test first. After that, on the four-year programme, you can answer the “My path” questions again at any time and your road picks up from the right term.

Everything you make in the 30 days is kept. With a plan, the four-year programme carries on from where you are: the 30 days count as the start of term 1. If not, you keep what you wrote.

No. Every lesson is the tab, the backing track and TrueTake listening and marking every chord. Coach answers your recording in week 3, and live with App + Coach.

Acoustic or electric, either is fine. The tuner is in the app. A capo helps from term 5 on, but is not required.

10 to 25 minutes depending on the level, four days a week is enough. The full programme runs four years: sixteen terms of thirteen weeks.

Every thirteen weeks, the same three-minute TrueTake check-up: fastest tempo, chord-change lateness, steadiness — against day 1 and against last term. At the end of each year, an exam in the app, four marked pieces, then your progress report.

In term 7 you choose the music you came for: sega & seggae, accompanying songs, blues & rock, or fingerstyle. The term’s lessons follow your choice, and you can change it until the term ends.

Each person has their own profile, level and progress. One bill for the household.

Monthly plan: any time, by writing to Coach by e-mail or WhatsApp; access stays until the end of the month paid. Yearly plan: refunded in full if you say so within 30 days of the first payment.
